"This, to my wife and I, is a hidden gem. We loved the location as you could easily walk to hotel from buses, taxi's or train, no need for water transport. There are plenty of good places to eat near by (within 10 minute walk). Rooms were very nice and priced well. In particular Lorenzo at the front desk was exceptional in his friendliness and helpfulness for anything we had questions on or needed. This from the original booking and messaging on info and questions to in person help. You can walk within 30 minutes of less to most anywhere you wanted. Hopefully we will be back and this is where we would stay."

"Great stay. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was excellent (don’t miss it!). Room temp was very comfortable and cool AC, super-clean large bathroom with nice shower head. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location, 2 mins walk to waterbus line 1. Although it’s centrally located, it was very quiet, we had good night sleep. Be prepared to go up and use the stairs with your luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator. We did not have heavy luggages, so no issue for us. Overall, this is an excellent place."

"The canal view from our window was so nice! The room was nice, clean and good AC. I’d say complete room amenities including weighing scale and slippers. The breakfast selection was great. The young bartender was very nice and the service was fast. The staffs were helpful and kind. The location was perfect for us. My lil kid liked it!"

"We loved our room #123. Fantastic room with balcony and great view. Staff was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything. Our only regret was that we only stayed for one night because we were going on cruise the next day. We would have been extremely happy to stay at this hotel for the week. When we come back to Venice, this is the hotel we will try to stay at. We really appreciated the wonderful staff. Hope to see you again. Absolutely recommending this hotel. Gracia"

"Have a welcome cookies and coffee. Washing clothes machine small but convenient and a rack to dry it. Cute room witn adecuate space. Location is far from tourist area. Restaurant are less expensive. And is less crowded. It hace a patio and port for taxi boat."
