Modern design and super friendly staff - this was a sure-go when visiting Venice. Close to the train station, yet far enough that it was peaceful. Highly recommend!

Rooms are clean and basic but nicely decorated and feels like recently refurbished. Beds made up every day with clean towels. Location is excellent, 2 minute walk from Zattere ferry stop. However you can walk practically everywhere! Breakfast is continental style with enough choice for everybody. ...
Small boutique hotel in a quieter area of Venice near the San basilio port and vaperetto stop. The staff were very helpful and even packed a breakfast for us because our flight was before their breakfast was set up.
Simply perfect in every way. The location, the room, the staff. We couldn't have wanted for more.
