"Old school service in a nicely remodeled hotel. Our favorite hotel while visiting Italy"

"The staff were very polite and helpful, rooms were clean. We only ate breakfast so no opinion about lunch or dinner. The location of the hotel was awesome. The boat took us to within feet of the hotel from the train station. The surrounding area was quiet."

"We loved the area of Venice that the American Dineson is located…out of the crowds but near enough to walk to everything. The staff was very helpful arranging private taxis for us with the pick up spot right out front. We had a deluxe canal view room and it was well appointed but a little too tight to sit outside on the balcony but that’s ok because we were out exploring so it was not a big deal."

"The location was great for us."

"The shower had a poorly put up shower curtain. We were given two plastic cups, and a few pieces of soap. The door was not secure and there was a lot of light around the door. The third bed by the wall was next plumbing so every time the toilets flushed you could hear it. We never found a swim up bar, so I’m not sure if there was one somewhere. The staff was nice"

"Staff was very helpful & accommodating especially to US visitors. Excellent location to walk to restaurants & sites."

"Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff, Perfect Location in Venice!"

"Staff was super helpful in guiding us on how to best see Venice and restaurant recommendations near our hotel. Clean, pretty and close to the train station."
