"We loved the area of Venice that the American Dineson is located…out of the crowds but near enough to walk to everything. The staff was very helpful arranging private taxis for us with the pick up spot right out front. We had a deluxe canal view room and it was well appointed but a little too tight to sit outside on the balcony but that’s ok because we were out exploring so it was not a big deal."

"Humedo, viejo old, the receptionist look on my eyes and say. We are 5 star hotel. But to be onest 1 star. I had to leave to a hilton garden hotel cause my girlfriend was having problems bringing. I had a sore throat. They always said we been having problems with wifi. A group of people were there for 5 nights. Since day one were told problems with wifi. It was really a negative experience. We left the same nights 4 hours after arriving"
