I stayed here for a week and had an amazing stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was excellent and the location was great - a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square, the Fenice theatre and the Accademia bridge, with a vaporetto stop just round the corner.
Close to but away from the viditor hordes, Accademia is almost like a village within Venice with plenty of restaurants, museums, etc. and just across the Grand Canal and a short walk to Piazza San Marco, Doge's Palace, etc. Roomy accommodations, good breaskfasts, quiet.
High quality , quiet, pleasant small lounge with books, good breakfast, dinner of exceptional cooking and presentation at a good price for the quality
Great location to walk to the either side of the city. Really great location for transport. There's a vaparetto stop just outside the hotel which we used frequently. Hotel in great condition. Ask for specials at breakfast. Would very happily stay here again.

Very polite and informative staff, the room was clean, stylish and a good ...
Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff was amazing and at our service from the moment we arrived. One night they had a party for the film festival so they provided a bottle of champagne to offset any noise disturbance. The food in the restaurant was really good, as was the selection of ...
