Room and servicing of room were excellent. Room was modern and very nice. Staff was very supportive and took extra time explaining many of the things we asked about. Including water taxi service, locations needed to acquire taxi service, public transportation explanations and costs.

Great property, we didn't eat there since the whole of Venice was a short boat shuttle away. Two issues, they didn’t honor my Gold HH status and the shuttle is not included, it is only $18 PP per stay so not a big deal. It is a very nice property with a lot of amenities.

Wonderful Service. A large busy hotel but feels intimate as the staff are always at hand and helpful with a smile. Really enjoyed the sky bar and pool experience. Using the hotel shuttle was convenient and easy. Will definitely be staying again. Loved my stay . I had 2 rooms for 5 of us in the family. The stars of the show were the staff - service at its best. They are a credit to Venice and to Hilton !

Stunning stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! Making reservations for the pool was easy and we never had an issue booking a time. The hotel shuttle boat was very convenient and went from 9am-11pm, a short 10 minute ride, it was always on time. I would absolutely stay here again !!!

It was solidly very good and the front of house staff were attentive and excellent. Food was average and pricey (to be expected in a hotel I guess). Room was clean but there was only one glass instead of two (this was not corrected during the entirety of our stay - but we also didn't ask, I was just curious to see if it would be picked up by housekeeping unaided), and the bath had an unsighly chip in it, which was a bit offputting. The pool was excellent - a highlight amenity and the spa massage was very good as well.

Excellent hotel! The location was perfect, with an on-site shuttle service to San Marco. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The Molino Stucky is an iconic building with a famous history. It has been superbly converted in to a luxury hotel whilst retaining the original architectural design. The pool is fantastic and such a bonus. The staff are friendly and it is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice; being situated on the Guiadecca.

1) were told that Italian law said that the room must be cold and the only choice we had was to open the windows, of course no screens. 2) room had one US voltage(no ground) so none of our stuff worked. ask for a converter or adapter and was told we could walk 10 minutes to a store to buy one, it was closed. Later another employee got us an adapter. 3) Bar and restaurant service was good and the food was great.

Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Giudecca. Hotel was clean and beautiful and all staff we came across were super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool reservation system in place to ensure that all guests can enjoy the pool without it being super crowded! Genius idea that I hope more hotels utilize. Room was lovely and spacious. Transportation to and from the main island was very accommodating and so was the guest relations and concierge in helping us get to where we needed to be on this our first trip to this beautiful city and this beautiful country. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone back home and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Grazie Hilton Molino Stucky Venice!
