Twin Room on 5th, one block to the beach

About this space
Large private room on 5th between 10&12, the most important part of 5th Avenue near the main Bars and Restaurants in the center. One block from Faro beach. If you want to know Cozumel we are 6 blocks from the ferry and 5 blocks from the ADO station. While you are in the heart of the center, the place has a lot of vegetation and large trees.

Other references are Cocobongo one block away and Plaza Corazón half a block away.

For this reason, this area is not very quiet.
The space
The room is surrounded by a lot of vegetation and large trees, has a private bathroom, 2 beds (1 Queen and 1 Double), AC, fan, WIFI of 150mbps.

We have a lounge with tables for coffee, water, microwave or just rest.

You should also consider that since we are close to the most famous bars in the center it is not a very quiet area.

We don't have parking.

The most comfortable thing about this area is that you are walking to practically everything, from the main bars like Coco Bongo and Mandala to the restaurants like Porfirio, the ferry to exit to Cozumel and the ADO truck station. If you want to take a taxi you can walk one block to 10th Avenue.

We do not have parking as we are on the 5th and it is pedestrian but the entire center is with parking meter so you would be one block away. The parking meter costs 10 mxn/hr and from 10 pm to 10 am is free. If you are looking for something more private, this Plaza Pelicanos and Plaza Tendenza parking lot is both one block away on 10th Avenue.
