Enjoy your own beachfront private villa, with a perfect location between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, for up to 12 people. Peaceful, beautiful and safe. This is a secluded beach location so you won't find many tourists or locals, it's like having your own private beach, at the best location ever! All of the ocean, beach and aerial photos are recently taken.  
  
All of the furniture and appliances are brand new. Imagine waking up in the morning with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. The two main bedrooms have both a terrace and an ocean view, and every common area in the villa is ocean view as well: the living and dining areas, the big terrace on the lower floor that is next to the pool, and even the kitchen is.
