"Room was very comfortable, with air conditioning that actually worked! Breakfast was good value; normal price being £15 special offer for £10. Check in was very good, owing to sufficient, helpful staff being on duty."

"The room itself is fine, but there's 2 extremely loud extractor fans that don't turn off so its nearly impossible to actually sleep. There's also only a coffee pod machine in the room, tea is only availabile in the refreshments room for £2.90. They don't have keycards, only provide links to to your phone to unlock doors, which is fine but you can't actually get through the main door without one, so if you haven't set it up before arrival you need to press the call button (which noone seems to answer) so you get stuck outside. Staff are friendly once you actually find them. It's such a shame, beacuse it could of been a lovely stay if you can actually sleep."

"Chose this hotel due to being directly off the M4 for easy access, and easy access to TfL services with bus stops outside the hotel linking to Hammersmith for easy transfer to tube services. On site car park is reasonably priced for London, although we were able to park for free with a Blue Badge. Also received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. Amenities were excellent, clean and well looked after. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed in where all in-room tech worked with no issues. Staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and quick to help where they could. Could not have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!"

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."

"Stay very regularly and recommend as the top choice for Heathrow airport hotel stays - well priced and always deliver well on their promises. Karak Chaii 100 yards from the hotel is a great inexpensive dinner option if you love Indian food though the hotel does offer a decent array of dinner options and a fabulous breakfast. "

"Very torn whether to say my stay was ok or good. On one hand the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. The room was very small. 2 people getting changed for the evening involved a coordinated ballet thatvI didn't have the energy for. The room did have 2 opening windows which was brilliant. I think the deciding factor was the single tea bag allowance. Yes I know I could have requested more, but a hotel in this price bracket should do better. Breakfast was good, mainly thanks to wonderful fresh bread. The cooked selection didn't tempt me but the continental was nice."
