Staff are excellent, the immediate area is a bit isolated but it’s and easy bus ride to Richmond or Ealing Broadway Station. Easy access by TFL to Heathrow. The apartments are fairly comfortable. My only complaint is I stayed a week and received two nespresso pods for the room. Despite multiple promises from the front desk to provide more pods I finally broke down and bought some. Expedia price was twice the standard hotel rate so book direct if you want to stay at this hotel. Downsides: Noisy air conditioning, poor quality towels and bedding, uncomfortable bed, no water in the room (paid £3 for a bottle from reception), dirty bathroom, extremely dark bathroom, extremely poor quality breakfast (most items finished at 9:45 am), no restaurant. Upsides: Great coffee.
