The lobby is huge, which is nice because there were so many people coming in/out. They give you a locker to put your shoes in, as you cannot wear shoes in the hotel. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds that I thought was pretty large by Japanese hotel standards. The onsen was open during most day time hours; of note, people are not allowed to have tattoos when you go into them. There are free sweet treats and free late night ramen available as well. We prepaid for breakfast, and I am so glad we did because it was the best hotel breakfast I ever had.
