フロント対応もお部屋も朝食もよかったですが、一つ、部屋に入りバスルームに入ったら、清掃の方が忘れたと思われる雑巾が床に置いたままでした。すぐに対応してもらいましたが、連絡色んなホテルに宿泊しているけどこんな事は初めてで、びっくりしました。
