There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.

"Great location with nuce views either to the marina or the Tower Bridge. Easy access to the Underground. Friendly cleaning staff. It's quiet at night for good sleep."

My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."
