"I’ve stayed at The Dolphin twice for a boy’s night out in Swansea, and I’ve got to say both stays have been absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic with everything within crawling distance and the staff have always been so friendly. They consistently beat the price of the Premier Inn and Travelodge as well. My room last night was absolutely spotless and exactly what I needed after a night partying on Wind Street. All my mates stayed in the Dolphin as well and all said the same thing. Thank you Dolphin for giving us middle aged men a warm, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to sleep after our Swansea night out! We’ll be back again!"

"I like the location as it is downtown and everything is very accessible. It is easy to get to the bus station and the train station from there.. There is 24 hour service and they attend to everything you need including finding taxis late into the night. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. "

"This is the best we stayed in while visiting Wales. The property is right on the waterfront and has the best view of Swansea. The hotel is very clean and modern and is surrounded with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the food at this hotel was fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly and especially their cockles. You absolutely have to try them. They are the best! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. I forgot my European charger and they were gracious enough to give me one to keep, which was completely unexpected and very kind of them. I would highly recommended staying here if you ever visit Swansea/Mumbles area. Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to Steve, as he was so helpful throughout our entire stay."

" Needs more hooks in the bathroom. Few of us walked into wood edges of the sofa in reception and knocked our shins. (Painful) TV in room 31 kept coming on and waking us up. Very dificult to turn off. "

"A hidden gem Lovely views of the estuary and woodland from our room. Very spacious and comfortable. Sorry we could only stay for one night. Will definitely be back when we are next in wales"
