Luxury at a bargain price Room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Lovely snack in the dining room while couple on the next table we're ploughing their way through the tasting menu. As the waitress told them "You've got a lot of eating to get through tonight".

Pocket Guide: Design Hotel Hotels in Kent

It's hardly surprising that so many visitors arrive in Kent each year, intent on enjoying the wonderfully varied landscapes and coastlines, the county's rich heritage and some of the loveliest castles and monuments in the United Kingdom. Whether you choose to base yourself in a large town like Dover or Folkstone, or prefer a more quiet rural setting, you may find that a boutique hotel in Kent suits you perfectly. These top-end establishments are often innovatively designed or historic residences, and have a range of select services and facilities not typically found in the bigger hotels.

Kent Boutique Hotels for Elegance And Charm

One of the most appealing things about staying at a boutique hotel in Kent is that there will be significantly fewer guestrooms than in the larger establishments. In fact there may only be just a handful of them, meaning that you'll enjoy a much more tailored and personalised level of service. There is also a greater attention to the finer details in Kent boutique hotels; with for example original works of art gracing the guestrooms and bathrooms with designer toiletries provided. It is, after all, the little things that make all the difference to a holiday of any kind! In the historic hotels you'll also have the benefit of original features in many cases, which only adds charm to the visit.

The importance of individualised services and tailored provision in boutique hotels cannot be overstated. This is what guests come to such hotels for, and in boutique residences such as Hempstead House Hotel in Sittingbourne and Chilston Park Hotel in Maidstone you'll be treated to all the niceties and an elevated level of service throughout.

Value and Personal Attention at Kent Boutique Hotels

Boutique hotels can actually compare favourably in price when you consider all the added benefits and personal touches. Massage and fitness centres are quite common, and at a good boutique hotel in Kent you'll have easy access to all the local attractions via excellent transport links. It's worth considering such advantages when you're deciding whether to splash out a bit for that special break in the Garden of England.
