"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. "We chose this hotel due to its proximity to a venue in hammersmith, we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful charming hotel with a whiskey bar, restaurant looking out onto a green space and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful with my daughter and I. Thank you for looking after us. "
