"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Xenia as a solo traveler. The staff was incredible, especially Mattesh at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and has lovely amenities. The breakfast buffet was delish as well. I highly recommend staying here."

"This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!"

Nice location and nice room. Really good staff and service and room very comfortable. Everything is well organised.
If I have to be critical, there was no free wi-fi and £12 for 24 hours seemed a bit steep. I was only there for a single night but longer stays would be either without wi-fi or quite expensive for access

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival

We arrived at the hotel early, around 11am, in the hope we could leave our suitcase and return later to check in. We were surprised to find our room was ready and we could check in straight away. We had also been upgraded!
The room was clean and beautifully presented. There were tea and coffee making facilities, including a branded coffee pod machine. We asked to borrow an iron which arrived in minutes.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and whilst pricey, the food was divine... given the chef is...

I would like to recommend this lovely hotel and say that there is definitely my favourite in London.
I spent one night when coming to London to visit Art Galleries.
Location is just perfect 8/10 minutes walking from PaddingtonTrain Station in a street with very lovely properties and another 5/10 min walking to Hyde Park.
I was lucky to be upgraded on arrival and was given a room with a super comfortable 4 poster bed, complimentary expresso machine , water, tea , cookies and macaroons! Lovely...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini...

Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.

GNH is above and beyond what I expected. Amazing location. Friendly staff.
The room was modern and clean. Complementary wifi and a wide range of complementary on demand movies. Lovely rainforest shower. There was even access to a pantry with coffee, teas and cakes.
It's right next to the King's Cross tube station and steps away from lots of restaurants and shops. Special mention to Plum + Spilt Milk restaurant, their food was amazing. Must try their namesake, Plum + Spilt Milk dessert.

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t pre book breakfast...
