"Very comfortable, spotless, beautiful decor, lovely quirky toiletries in the bathroom and large room. We loved the Shepherds Bush Hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. "For the money, it was perfectly adequate. We needed to be near Hammersmith and it was a ten minute walk to the tube in either direction. "It was nice and clean. The ladies are really nice and helpful at the dinning and house keeping.Stayed in the top floor so one night around 3am there was a continuos fire alarm for more than 5 mins it was very scary and disturbing,all the guests were running out.
