Reception was difficult to find as sign outside pointed towards lifts where only one worked and was very busy/slow. Room was nice but was felt thin so heard lots of noise especially early hours of morning.

ibis London Shepherds Bush – Hammersmith
Great location for what we needed it for, easy (late) check in, easy check out and looked after our luggage while we had a wander round London. Overall very good service.

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London
The staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly. The spa was fantastic with a great pool, the exercise facility was well equipped, and it was included in the price of the room.
