"Fraoch House is a sweet place. It's older and has charm. Matthew the host was solicitous and eager to please. We had breakfast one morning and it was excellent. Our room was adequate. Lack of a plug convenient to one side of the.bed and.odd chairs that tipped over when we sat in them were drawbacks. The location was a disappointment. "I read some bad reviews about the guest house so went with an open mind. However the guest house was lovely, clean and warm with plenty of tea and good quality coffee. It's situation to public transport links was brilliant not that we had the chance to use it as we were only there for 1 night. We were there as attending a funeral, the owners let us use the car park all day which was invaluable on this occasion. I will definitely use this guest house in the future. "Stayed in the townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The townhouse was beautiful AND comfortable. The unit had a combo washer/dryer and a full kitchen. One thing to keep in mind, the unit has 3 levels and lots of steps. Local tours meet right outside your windows but it is kind of fun to listen to the stories. The staff was phenomenal. Went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our 30th Anniversary. "
