"Stayed one night on 21 March. The hotel itself was fine. However we were allocated probably the worst room in the hotel on LG. Room 013. It was right next to a staff office and laundry area with constant noise of trolleys and staff outside on the corridor."

"Don’t stay here - the bed is awful and we had to move rooms at 12am as it was broken and collapsed . Everything feels dated. Staff were rude and tried to make us pack up an entire room to move for the night, and wouldn’t allow us to collect our belongings in the morning. Would avoid at all costs. Room needs so much work doing to it, there was marks everywhere and stains, it didn’t feel nice to stay in and such a rip off price wise. Don’t stay here "

"A great hotel in a prime central location, minutes from the tube with Regent’s Park on your doorstep. Spacious room, quiet and well stocked with water and snacks. What singles out this Holiday Inn are the excellent staff , housekeeping, bar and the General Manager. I cannot fault this stay on any level and will definitely rebook "

"Well I didn't expect the Ritz, but I also didn't expect to be able to see the exposed bathroom plumbing in my bedroom! A tired and dated hotel which is desperately in need of some TLC. It's just about acceptable for a 1 night stay, but I will not be returning."

"All good , it’s in a great position and it’s clean and affordable , air conditioning not the greatest and ground level rooms tend to be noisy , or the ones I have stayed in area , defo stay again it is our go to hotel for convenience "

"The stay went from bad to worse. No workspace in a room that promised to have one, unable to change us into a new room until after the start of the next working day. Incredibly loud in a first floor room. In the second room the air con didn’t work. I left my makeup in the first room and it mysteriously disappeared with no one able to find it- hundreds of pounds of makeup gone."

"Couldn't have been happier with this stay. Everything from the staff to the property were top notch. The Coral Room was the perfect place to grab a coffee or a drink after a day of being out. Room was spacious, bathroom was very nice, and the staff were beyond lovely. Hotel was in a great location central to everything. "
