"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! "the room had everything for comfortable stay in terms of dishes, cutleries, pans, dishwasher, Kitchener, microwave but no sponges, tea towels, dish washer liquid, etc, therefore bring everything with you unless you are happy to by everything. the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, so if you drive, bring your own pillow. facilities are fine, we had corner balcony in our studio which was fine for 3 people. more than that i think may be too tight. hosts are very friendly and happy to...

"Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 4 to 13) just got back from a trip here. We are already planning to go back next year! The only downside was having to buy our own toilet paper after the first roll (not a big deal, just wish we would have known before we just got back from the grocery store). The location absolutely could not be beat! It was right by the train station where the Mer de Glacé train leaves from and within walking distance to everything we needed. Ski busses were very close...
