Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

Terrific location and access to the village, lovely view of the mountains, spacious, sharply designed modern room and great parking. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will go back!

Fabulous stay and would highly recommend. Only negative we had was that there was no bin bags available in the apartment and it was not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed and no change of towels. Other than that we would definitely stay again.

Was a comfortable stay. One thing I will say is, states breakfast included, So we was shocked that we was told only adults, children was not allowed to eat breakfast, and we would have to pay for them separately. By someone who was working the breakfast area, Which is terrible, as we included all children on our booking. So every person should have be able to have breakfast. This I do think is appalling, so gave our breakfast to our kids everyday. And there was a bad smell coming from the...

Fantastic little hotel near train station…our little balcony faced Mont Blanc…we could lay in bed and look up at with an unobstructed view of mountain…it was great!

The title say's it all. Our best holiday yet ! My holiday tips: 1. don't bother the hassle of hiring a car at Geneva airport. get a shuttle bus that will take you to the hotel front door. We used albybus and it costs 47 euros each way. 2. Get a 2 or 3 day saver pass (you'll save money) 3. If the weather is looking very good, the first trip is by cable car up to Aiguillie du Midi. (superb) Whilst there and if the budget will stretch, you MUST go across the glaciers on the small cable cars...

A perfectly little hide-away at the edge of Chamonix. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I left a pair of shoes in the cupboard, and they arranged to forward them on to my next hotel! We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer.

What a fantastic hotel, amazing & helpful staff, excellent location, the rooms fit the environment all seasons catered for. We used the relaxing the Spa & pool several times during our stay.
