The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the lounge with stunning views of Mont Blanc is stylish and welcoming, the rooms despite being a little tired are warm, clean and have crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. We also had balcony with mountain views. There were some lovely touches too, like little teddy bears on our children’s beds and a bottle of champagne on arrival because it was New Year’s Eve. The spa area with a sauna for hotel guests is a really nice bonus, as is the heated boot room for ski boots. It was great to sit in front of the open fire in the restaurant after a day skiing and sample the menu and range of drinks. Yes the menu is not extensive but you can turn starters into mains and mix things up to add variety - it’s all delicious. And it is pricey but no more so than anywhere else on the slopes. Overall this is a relaxed, peaceful and friendly three-star hotel that was perfect for a family skiing holiday. Would definitely go again. Thanks for looking after us!"
