We loved the room and the view from it was incredible. The staff was wonderfully attentive and all our needs were met. It was great to be able to walk to everything, and the included parking helped greatly. Our room had a private view of Mont Blanc and we could watch the weather on the peak as it unfolded. The site is convenient to the center city. Walking distance to the center of Chamonix. Service from the check-in (Jade) is outstanding!! Apartament has great design, very cute rooms and amazing view of the Montblanc from the balcony. Loved our balcony room facing Mt Blanc. For a hotel, we expected coffee and tea in the room along with paper towels or napkins. The kitchen had sufficient cooking and eating ware with a kettle and coffee pot but nothing to put in them. We had to use paper coffee filters as napkins. All in all, these are minimal issues compared to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Not far from the town area where you can buy and eat. 10-15 mins to the train station (Mer de Glace) and Gondola place to Aiguille du Midi. Staffs were VERY kind. Enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the Brevent Gondola, making it super convenient for skiing. Our family had a wonderful time, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The sauna and indoor pool were perfect for winding down in the evenings with our kids after a day on the slopes. Overall, this place offered everything we needed for a memorable skiing vacation.
