Quiet at night. Good hot cocoa / coffee machine. Cool with luggage storage. Things I wish they had: air conditioning or fans, something other than a handheld shower head (although water heat and pressure were great!), extra pillows and towels if needed (they did bring extra pillows the second night), WiFi, toilet paper that doesn’t exfoliate.
