Unfortunately we feel they are not run as well as they were a few years ago. There is no one on reception, the bakery is very low on stock - can’t even get milk there. The pool is not heated for long enough so it’s too cold to stay in for longer than 5-10minutes. The sauna is only open from 4 pm and then crowded with young children trying to get warm after the cold pool! The WiFi is very poor and there was only one English Channel available on tv. A few years ago there were several movie channels available, an ice rink, a little kiosk, towels for swimming at reception and someone on reception. There was also a games room with a pool table which is now gone. The apartments are generally clean but there were some missing items that had not been replaced eg chopping board, long mirror and the bath screen had a very mouldy seal. Overall, it was quite disappointing this year.
