"We had a great one night stay. The room was clean, very modern and with high quality finish. Our daughter loved the high sleeper bed which was very safe. Convenient location for Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey. Plenty of parking onsite. We had a great dinner in the pub and our breakfast was delicious too. Friendly staff, would definitely stay again. "Very nice courtyard room, main building was very nice. However, service was disappointing. Arrive slightly early (2.30pm) for check-in in at 3pm, not allowed, room not available -OK fair enough. So sat & waited until 3pm. Tried to check in.....rooms still not available, would be 20mins-30mins, so oeft to return later. "Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...
