"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "The room we stayed in had clearly just been renovated, and that was appreciated. Our beds were comfortable and we were allowed to check in a few hours early for a small fee. Our room was small but about average for that area (and price point) in London. Only complaint--I'm not sure if the walls in the hotel are paper thin, or many other guests were inconsiderate, or the hotel needs to update the hinges on all doors but we constantly heard doors slamming at all hours. It was a little hard to fall asleep because of that. Aside from that minor complaint, our one night stay here was fine. Would recommend to fellow travelers."
