"Checked every box. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable, the shower and toiletries were great. A great location with a short walk to multiple train lines and food options. The attached breakfast restaurant Cafe Luna LaSalle was a delight and I dined there multiple times to great satisfaction each time, great staff and great food. I would stay here again."

"We were greeted by a beautiful lobby & friendly staff. Room was a decent size, but very small & awkward bath made getting ready for a wedding challenging. The hotel was very quite & restful even for being downtown. We enjoyed a drink at the lounge both nights of our stay, as well as a complimentary afternoon tea. Starbucks was conveniently located next door which made our morning departure easier. We did have about a 25 minute wait Sunday morning to valet our car, but at least we had coffee! I'm sure we will stay here again!"

"This hotel is beautiful. They have an expresso coffee machine that makes cappuccinos, caffe lattes and more! The room was clean and the view to the lake was beautiful. The restaurant was delicious both breakfast and dinner. High quality and the staff were so helpful. Especially after my bags were delayed they received them with no issue. Highly recommend this hotel."
