I recently stayed at the Chicago Club Inn Suites in Westmont, and overall had a pleasant experience that I’d recommend to others — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable room with a jacuzzi to relax in at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and highways, which made it easy to get around and plan my days. The room felt comfortable, would definitely consider staying again if I’m in the area — especially for a restful night with that jacuzzi included!

The hallway on the second floor smelled like curry so better freshener would be nice to mask that smell. The sausage gravy was a bit watered down so not very tasty. Our room key stopped working halfway through our stay, but we had a nice woman attendant that fixed that for us. Great location and room was clean otherwise. The indoor pool was fantastic. Loved that it was heated.

The room was not spotless. Dust and crap on floor by the headrest of bed. The tile thats around the jetted tube needs to be redone. The caulking job was really bad. Cant imagine all the water that is going through all them. Looks like it was remodeled but took the cheapest way possible. The hallways smelled. The bed was comfortable so that was a plus. The jetted tub in the room was nice also. But dont let the pictures fool you.
