"Lovely quirky hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Great ameneties in the rooms. Food in the downstairs bar was really good as was breakfast. Pool was lovely and a real treat in the middle of London! Bathrobes were provided in the rooms and spa however ..... I think a fair few have shrunk, I'm a size 16 and the two that I used barely met in the middle which was a little embarrassing. Only negative (if you can call it that) the pillows were really hard and a bit uncomfortable, in all fairness I didn't speak to anyone to find out if there were any alternatives, but I would if I stayed again. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again! "

"Wonderful! From the moment that we arrived, the Fitzroy exceeded all of our expectations. Front desk staff and doorman were helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and impeccably kept by the housekeeping crew. Breakfast service staff were courteous and attentive. Definitely visit the restaurant for breakfast, you will not find a more friendly and helpful food service team. Will definitely visit again!"
