"The hotel is very nice inside and close to the train station and near all the major sights. Best of all friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel, it's the best one we have stayed in so far in our travels through Europe."

"Our recent stay at Grand Hotel Minerva was simply sublime, a truly unforgettable experience that exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped in, the check-in process was a masterclass in hospitality; the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. Their warmth and efficiency set a wonderfully inviting tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just a five-minute walk from the train station made our arrival and departure utterly stress-free. Even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal.
In essence, Grand H Minerva isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended for an unforgettable Florences escape!"
"We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe room, and it was very spacious, clean, and the a/c was amazing. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, a robe and slippers, which we used daily. The breakfast was great, and they had a small gym, and ironing lounge as you could not bring the iron to your room. The rooftop bar at sunset was stunning and the drinks were delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly, and made dinner recommendations to very good local restaurants. The only negative (if you call it one) was they didn’t have room service. But the staff recommend a delivery service and food from a local restaurant was delivered very fast and cheap. Lastly, the location couldn’t be better. It was a 10 min walk from the train station, close to the Duomo, and shopping. I would stay again! "
