The front desk staff were not helpful and were rude. I do not speak Italian and they would not speak to me in English. I checked out after being in the room for only 15 minutes. The room was very old and everything was extremely dated. The air conditioning was not working and the bed was not comfortable. When I went to the desk to check out the staff suddenly knew how to speak English. I was then offered a different room even though I was told there was nothing else available when I checked in. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was amazing. The room was very clean. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate our needs. My husband and I truly felt special staying at this hotel and we wouldn’t think twice about booking there in the future.
