Great hotel when visiting Florence. The property is very clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to family and friends and stay here again when we are back.

Fantastic hotel with great staff, comfortable bed, great shower etc. we enjoyed the location, 10 minutes walk to the duomo or the train station, fabulous restaurants in the vicinity. There was a lovely bar in the hotel, it was always empty & the prices were too high compared to the other places in the area

The hotel is a gem. The room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Every staff member we encountered were kind, helpful, and courteous. The location is great for getting around Florence. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again if we returned to Florence.
