Absolutely beautiful hotel located right in the center of Florence. The lobby was gorgeous. The front desk staff were incredible, they were so helpful with dinner reservations/recommendations, setting up an excursion for us, getting us fed and to the airport on time. There is not a negative thing to say about the hotel or our stay. The breakfast was wonderful. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect. Thank you!

Amazing location! Loved this quaint hotel in the heart of Florence. The shampoo was also really good. Loved the location, near a lot of good restaurants, near shopping. Felt like a perfect centralized location to stay in Florence.

Excellent location a block from the Duomo. Fast check-in, friendly and attentive staff. We got a room with a view to the Duomo (on the side) and a complimentary bottle of wine (as part of VIP Access, I believe). Room was spacious with desk, side table and chair.
The property has two elevators and a rooftop terrace where breakfast was served. Breakfast was basic but the views were amazing. Overall, a great value for the money.

The property was close to everything. The Assistant Manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating! They offered a room upgrade a few times but we decided to stay in the original room we were given when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.
