The staff was amazing, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful honeymoon suite with our own terrace that overlooked the square with incredible views of the city. The bar staff was so kind and very fun to spend time in after our city outing. Highly recommend for anyone that one that wants to be in the city and be close to amazing experiences that Florence has to offer!

Loved the location and the rooftop view of the plaza especially during sunset. They accommodated us from when we arrived to calling us a taxi when we left for the train station. It was a special treat staying there. It was very luxurious. The location was great and stsff was wonderful. The only problem was that the only name we found on the outside of the hotel was on a floor mat. We initially had a problem finding it. Breakfast was great and they also had a very nice rooftop balcony that was nice to enjoy the evening.

Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions.
