"This property is simply gorgeous. The location across from The Arno in the front to the views of Santa Croce and The Duomo in the rear is magical. The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. We did not eat on site, other than breakfast in bed one morning (which was lovely). So I cannot comment on the dining. Great place would stay again

"The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again. "
