"Fantastic 5* place. Excellent facilities for families with young kids. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Extremely clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it. There are loads of private beach clubs blocking it from public access."

"The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, etc. We never even considered getting a cab. The room wasn't huge, few in Italy are, but it was big enough. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Big thumbs up!"

"Thai was a great property, lovely location with easy access to the rail network. We had a beautiful double balcony corner room with marble tiles, amble storage and wardrobe space. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar that wasn’t overly expensive at all. 14 minute walk to the train station with easy access to regional and high speed trains. Situated just over the main road to many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection every morning. ...

Great place would stay again

"The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again. "
