From check-in to checkout the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Security was excellent. Room was very nice and well designed. The highlight is the 5th floor pool, bar and eating area. It's huge, well stocked bars and unique variety of street food vendors. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Reception staff (Maria in particular) was super kind and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I loved that the hotel was across the street from the tram line so no need to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Piazza.

I had never stayed at The Social Hub before, but after this visit, I will be looking for more Social Hub hotels to use! The rooftop setting was very nice to see the city and enjoy the weather without ever leaving the hotel. Also, there is a public transit stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.
