This hotel is in an amazing, amazing area! I stayed here for one night on the way to a workshop and it was perfect as it was in a central location (steps from the leather market and central market) and also near the train station. Nycolas was very friendly and greeted me with a map and some lovely food recommendations. Check in was a bit complex, especially when arriving late at night. They were there to meet us so it worked out. Room had adequate beds and private bath was decent for the space. We only stayed one night but slept well enough. It is super noisy almost until 11 pm and then you get the city cleaning truck around midnight. Then again at 5 am they will start setting the leather market again so you basically get 4-5 hours of sleep without counting the people coming out of bars late at night. The good part of the residence is the proximity to the train station and tourist places to see, it is all walking distance. The person in staff seemed to be very moody and annoyed when we asked her a couple questions through the phone. Great location. Close to station and great eating options. We had a room that overlooks the street so the market setting up every morning from 6am may bother some. Tiny bathroom but manageable. House keeping took one of the towels after first night and didn’t replace.
