I had a wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. I would highly recommend it!

Gorgeous owner, so organised and friendly at the same time. Loved the room, spotless and not your typical hotel room. Breakfast great and we enjoyed the courtyard setting in the shade. Highly recommend and may return with husband in the future.

Perfect location, in the middle of everything and a stunning little apartment with everything you need. Not a single fault. Would highly recommend and would definitely return, thank you!

This is really nice, cozy and cool place to stay very close to everything in the city center. Artistic touch is everywhere, nice cool decor, bath in the room, all this makes Soprano Suits very pleasant to stay in. Moreover, they have also very friendly personal, super kind porter Alberto was really helpful with all our needs or answers to cover. i would definitely recommend this place to select as to stay in a comfortable place in the city center of Florence not only for few days but also for...

Fantastic stay in the heart of Florence. Felt like we were really amongst the history of the area while also being clean, modern and comfortable. The room was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the eco friendly touches - rooms were tidied and cleaned each day, but bedding and towels were kept the same unless you stayed more than 3 nights. Soap/toiletries were all also eco products. Various lighting options which allowed you to have evening/day light options. Lovely top up of coffee pods daily. ...

The room was spotless, and a really nice place to spend some of our trip to Florence. The hot tub was an added bonus that we ended up using most nights! The hosts were very helpful and let us know if they needed to access the room for any reason. Cleaning was completed every day while we were out, which meant we could have a lie in if we wanted to. Only minor thing we noted was that there didn't seem to be any hand soap in the property, however it was no problem as there was a shop just down...

One of the nicest places I've stayed at!

The hotel and location immerse you in Florentine history - you can ask no more. The location looks towards the piazza full of restaurants and 2 minutes from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi- a couple of minutes more takecyou to il Duomo and the Galleria The staff are so helpful and I recommend taking time at breakfast - you will meet fellow travellers and share and learn much across the table !

The service was excellent and I felt very safe as a solo traveller. I really liked the location as well.

Perfect stay for visiting Florence. The hotel is located right in the centre of Florence which is perfect for sight seeing the gorgeous town of Florence. The hotel room was clean comfortable and modern. Nice little touches of water, coffee machine any biscotti biscuits and cakes left in the room.

Great place to stay in central Florence. Close to the Ponte Vecchio, museums and Duomo. Room was large, comfortable, very clean and had good air conditioning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Just be aware that there are about 30 stone steps up to the lift, which is great if you want to keep fit! 🙂

Located through a huge arched doorway into a small courtyard, the lift up to the reception on the second floor is on your right. We arrived slightly early but were able to check in straight away - we even got an upgrade to a superior room. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel extremely comfortable. The sheets were the best I've had in any hotel! There was even a turn-down service if you wanted it. The rooms were well equipped. Oodles of toiletries, although no shower gel. However, soap...

The Opera House hotel was a great find for us. Simply perfect location. On the door steps of the central station and you fall out of the front door into all the amazing sights Florence has to offer. Made even better by the wonderful host Daniele and the kind gifts of bubbles and soap. You will struggle to find a more authentic tuscan hotel stay in Florence this close to all sights and public transport. We will most certainly come back again and again.

Excellent central hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. Catering delicious and a surfeit

Less than a ten minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station (arrival point by train from Pisa Airport), this is a gem of a hotel. Our room looked out over Piazza San Lorenzo, a beautiful sight - and the evening of our arrival were treated to a string ensemble playing classical music on the steps of Basillica San Lorenzo. On our first evening we went looking for an ATM before going for dinner, walked a couple of hundred metres down the road, turned a corner and were suddenly presented with...

Really lovely 5 day stay in Firenze, and this hotel really made it special. Short aalk, quiet street, old architecture. Great sevice, lovely food, and excellent hosting.
