"We had a wonderful stay! Even though we arrived a bit late, communication with the staff through WhatsApp was excellent and very helpful. The young lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was absolutely perfect — very close to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, and even the Accademia Gallery where the David is located. We were able to explore almost all of Florence walking from the hotel, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Very comfortable stay and highly recommended!"

"Booked this place for 3 nights as it had parking which was the only good thing about it but still came at a cost on top of the overpriced cost for the room. The reception smelt, the guy on reception was monotone and looked like he wanted to be there less than we did. Taken to our room and was very dated and smelt worse than the reception so we checked out within 10 minutes of our arrival. Considering the price there is alot of other options around that would be better. We realised we may not get a refund for the 1st day as we had entered the room(nothing used) but asked about a refund for the 2nd & 3rd night. Reception told me to speak to who I booked it through (Expedia) spoke to Expedia via email and they checked with the hotel but no complaint was filed at the hotel. Hotel tells me to speak to Expedia, Expedia says no complaint at the hotel, point fingers at each other and then offered £50 compensation. I would have preferred the £350 they wanted for the last 2 nights."

"This hotel was an absolute 5/5 and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. The property itself is stunning and full of charm. We loved that the hotel was once a beautiful historic home, and the thoughtful touches they made to preserve its history and character did not go unnoticed. It felt elegant, unique, and truly special. Upon arrival, the concierge, Ingli (apologies if we spelled that incorrectly), immediately made us feel welcomed. He was exceptionally kind, allowed us to check into our room early, and even provided us with a light complimentary breakfast the next day. His hospitality genuinely made our stay unforgettable. Beyond the beauty of the hotel, the room itself was our favorite of our entire multi city European tour. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a safe, mini fridge, and complimentary water, which we really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved every second of our stay. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Florence and highly recommend this amazing hotel to anyone visiting the city."
