We spent a wonderful six nights at the Granduomo in mid-November. The location of the hotel is superb, with double-glazed windows overlooking the Duomo itself. All the major sights of the city––churches, museums, piazzas, the Mercato Centrale, the Arno–– are within easy walking distance, as are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is relatively new, but beautifully constructed and features a roof terrace with some lovely views over the city. We stayed in a Junior suite which had a great amount of space for the family, nice bathroom and featured a kitchenette which after a visit to local Co-op or Conad supermarket, was very useful for breakfasts, and the odd evening meal. This property was exceptional. Brilliant layout of rooms, meant we had a super relaxing time. All elements are of the highest quality, from the bed, to the shower to the comfy sofa. The nicest place we have stayed in.

Limited option of restaurant around the area, the view in the morning is serene, breakfast was good but limited choice.

Our trip was superb! We loved the location and the secure parking. The male host on the front desk was more than helpful. Make sure you take up the free bike rental - saves the footwork! We just didn't get the room cleaned or new towels for our whole stay, but we would go back.

The host was lovely and this was the most beautiful place to stay and wish we had stayed longer

This was our second visit to Relais Villa Belvedere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location away from the city but close to the highway works nicely. Excellent breakfast!!

I booked the apartment for a two night stay in Florence. The apartment was easy to find on the outskirts of the city centre. The apartment was very well equipped with a kitchen, large bedroom and first class bathroom. Everything was really modern and clean. I really can't fault it. The reception staff were friendly and really helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the city centre and you do have to cross some busy roads. Simply stunning. An unbelievable location. A spacious and well spec'd apartment in a fantastic spot overlooking the piazza. Everything you need and want to do within seconds of your door and balcony. Dreamy.

Nice central location. Easy to check-in. It was well cleaned and maintained inside. Surprisingly really. I’ve bathroom too
