"We had a memorable vacation at this villa. It was everything that we expected and more. The villa is very well situated within Tuscany. Sienna, Florence, San Gimignano, Colle Di Val D'Elsa and Volterra are all within easy reach by car or by train. The villa is huge and the views to the rear are breath-taking. The villa was clean and tidy with everything that we needed close at hand. Luca was extremely welcoming and was always on hand if we needed him. Thank you for your hospitality. "Franca's little house was absolutely charming and very well cared for. It was super clean and had all the touches of home, including flowers in vases, pretty pictures and ornaments and great storage space upstairs. The complex itself was very quiet (we went in June) and we had the lovely swimming pool to ourselves most days. It was also well kept and clean. The area is very peaceful and the surrounding countryside is absolutely beautiful. You do need to drive everywhere (even to the nearest restaurant) but as long as you expect that, it's fine. I'd say the house is perfect for two but would be a bit of a squash if you had two more on the sofa bed, however, it was great for us! I would definitely recommend Franca's appartment and also Franca. She was very kind and attentive, kept in touch during our stay and offered advice on the local area. All in all a lovely experience!
