I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!

Really wonderful and beautiful property, wish we had stayed longer! The hosts were very communicative and we had a seamless online checkin. The place was very spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to have a proper two bedroom apartment to stay in with my family.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They recommended wonderful sightseeing spots based on the amount of time we had, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was clean, well prepared, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent shower with its strong, pleasant water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's famous attractions and just a short walk from the river. Across the river is Piazzale Michelangelo, where we spent a relaxing evening enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view of the city from above. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The property was in a residential area but only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment was spotless , spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hosts were amazing and each time my Husband messaged them , they got back to us prompt. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely return in the future . Thank you so much !

Beautiful, modern, super clean, and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of privacy in the heart of Florence, located at a safe and quiet street. The apartment is equipped with 3 A/C units and 2 bathrooms which was great. The beds were very comfortable, and hot water always available. Close to everything you want to see, you can walk anywhere you want to go to visit Florence. Rachele was extremely helpful and excellent at communicating check-in and check-out instructions. The process was smooth. She was very welcoming too. Definitely worth staying here! Thank you! When we come back to Florence we will stay here again.

Exactly as the posting makes one hope for! Rachelle is such a wonderful host, showing true hospitality like "the old days". She was flexible for us to store our luggage and helped us get a taxi on our way out of town when the apps weren't working. The apartment is one of the cleanest places we've stayed. (And I'm a germaphobe!) The modern apartment was wonderful, had great water pressure, and was super quiet. GREAT for us light sleepers! The bed is extremely firm, so bear that in mind and there are stairs...if you have a mobility issue like myself. But there is an elevator to take you up once you get to the 2nd (1st) floor. I can't recommend this apartment enough. If you have high standards and can remember the early days of apartment rental companies etc and how great that all was, you'll love this place!
