Apartment was roomy. Location was good. Larger beds in both rooms. TV didn’t work.

We loved this property. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and museums. The shower pressure was excellent. The shower door could use repair. There is a coffee maker in the room, but I could not find the pods a conads. All in all I would recommend this location for its location and accessibility.

Chic, roomy 2 bedroom apartment in the central district of Florence perfect for walking to all the sites with cafes, restaurants and shops just around the corner. Great views of the Arno River. Be prepared for the requisite stairs and cobblestones streets with comfortable shoes and light packing. The air conditioner was overly noisy but worth it in the heat of late summer. I would definitely come back to Le Grazie.

This property is in a great location. It’s a little older and pretty basic. A/C worked most of the time. The property management group is a larger company- so response time and attentiveness to your needs are limited. It worked for our needs.

Hard to work w/ & expensive late check in fees

Very difficult company to work with. They charge 4 different late arrival fees depending on the time you arrive after 7pm. And then, the person who was assigned to give us our key showed up 30 minutes late. They don’t allow you to communicate with them after you check in. You have to contact hotels.com with questions or issues.
