"I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond by giving me a detailed map of the city, pointing out how to get to key attractions as well as local spots worth visiting. I truly appreciated that personal touch, it made exploring Florence so much easier and more enjoyable.
The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was impressed with how well-kept and clean everything was, and it really added to the overall positive experience.
