"I cant say enough good things about the Maldron experience. I arrived with no luggage and the staff went out of their way to help me get settled and feeling at home. They guided me to all the shops I needed to find to get clothes and adapters and provided a welcoming greeting every time I returned from my adventures. The hotel has some of the best food in Newcastle and the staff might be made up of the friendliest people in England. Cheers to all the staff at the Maldron especially David and Suzanne who made me feel so welcomed. I now have a home away from home and honestly feel like I found my people.Thank you so much my Maldron Family. "Lovely place to stay. Appreciate listed building. But attention by house keeping could be better. Mould around bath handles and plug drain. Duvet stained (duvet cover was slightly open and you could see stains on actual duvet) Pillow protectors need changing. Just needs attention to detail. With house keeping. "
