"The hotel was lovely, room was clean and had everything you needed. Staff lovely and friendly, the only down side was that our food order was not written down when it was taken, which resulted we got an incorrect food order, things were missing and also received food we had not ordered and could not eat but when explained it was soon rectified quite quickly and staff were apologetic. Overall stay was very good and would stay again."

"Used this lovely hotel as our base for visiting Newcastle as we were attending a gig at the Glasshouse, 5 minutes walk away so was perfectly situated for our needs. It's also a 25 stroll to the top of Newcastle city centre and 15-20 for the Quayside. Communication from the hotel was good and allowed us to check-in digitally ready for arrival. The room was spacious, clean and the heating warmed it up very quickly, the bed was HUGE, i nearly had to order a taxi to see my Wife in the morning!!. We didn't use the bar or restaurant as we had plans on all days but the staff we did need to deal with were great, friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it for anyone attending the glasshouse or Newcastle/Gateshead generally."

"Great location 10mins to centre over the millennium bridge, room with a view over the river.. parking wasn’t a problem, limited spaces Bed was comfortable Over all would definitely stay there again."
