Central location, next to beach, park and fairground. Short walk to town centre and beach front cafes/pubs. Old but cosy dog friendly, quiet room in annex. Even though it was Easter break there was no noise from the fairground etc. But room was too hot and stuffy even in April with no opening windows ...
